This privacy policy (the “Policy”) applies to Sorare Snatch, a mobile fantasy football card game (the “App”).

Note on Sign in with Apple: when you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide a private relay (anonymized) email address instead of your real one. We store whatever address Apple shares with us.

Data collected automatically

When you use the App, our analytics tool (PostHog) automatically collects:

Device type and OS version
App version
Session duration and in-app events (e.g. screens visited, features used)
General usage patterns (crash reports, performance data)

We use PostHog (cloud, EU region) to understand how players use the App and to improve it. Data processed by PostHog is stored on servers located in the European Union.

We do not use PostHog for advertising purposes.

3. Who do we share your data with?

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We only disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients:

Processors acting on our behalf. We use third-party service providers ("Processors") to operate, maintain, improve, analyze, and secure the App, including for purposes such as hosting and infrastructure, product analytics, error tracking, and transactional communications. Each Processor accesses personal data solely under our instructions, for the purposes described in this Policy, and is bound by a Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") ensuring compliance with applicable data protection law.
Authentication. sign-in is handled via Sign in with Apple. By using this feature, you are also subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
